Joining Cavnue as Communications Lead
In January, I started a new gig at Cavnue as the Communications Lead and I couldn’t be more excited. I have long been looking to move to an in-house comms role where I could dig in deep and dedicate all my time and passion to a singular brand in the mobility sector and with Cavnue also having their flagship project in Michigan, this move made perfect sense.
Cavnue is all about building smarter roads for smarter cars. As the leading developer of connected roadway and infrastructure technology, Cavnue is combining technology and road infrastructure to unlock the full potential of connected and automated vehicles. Working with automakers, governments, and roadway operators, Cavnue is combining physical, digital, and operational infrastructure to foster safer, more efficient, and more sustainable transportation for all.
Cavnue Names Katelyn Davis as Communications Lead
Davis will lead Cavnue’s internal and external communication efforts, positioning the company locally and beyond as a leader in designing the roads of the future.
Washington, D.C., January 13, 2022 — Cavnue announced today that Katelyn Davis has joined the team as Communications Lead. Davis will develop and execute strategic, integrated, multi-dimensional communication strategies to advance the company’s mission to build safer and more efficient roads. She will lead the company’s corporate communications efforts, including media relations and expanding Cavnue’s thought leadership footprint.
“Paired with my passion for equitable, accessible, and sustainable transportation, I am excited to join the Cavnue team and live in the radical intersection of technology and automotive to create a new mobility future that serves us all.”
Davis joins Cavnue with ten years of communication and marketing experience with some of the world’s leading mobility companies. Previously, she served as the mobility practice lead at Antenna–an integrated communications and marketing firm. She also held the role of Program Director at MICHauto, Michigan’s automotive and mobility industry association, where she developed programs that helped promote, retain, and grow the state’s signature industry. In 2021, Davis co-authored her first book, Women Driven Mobility: Rethinking the Way the World Moves. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University and Wayne State University, where she studied advertising and public relations, as well as new media communications.
