Driving a New Perspective on Women in Mobility at SHIFTx

Today I was (virtually) in Berlin to be a part of the SHIFTx Mobility panel “Elle is Driving a New Perspective” to talk about female representation in the mobility industry. This was a part of SHIFTx’s session on New Dimensions of Mobility where we examined a shift in which inclusivity is key to innovation.

Traditionally, the automotive industry hasn’t always offered women a seat at the table but thankfully that is changing in this new world of mobility. Britta Reineke, founder of Ellectric led the discussion on diversity and inclusion in the industry along with panelists:
